This industry leader in the paper products manufacturing sector required an automatic notification system for the replenishment of towel, tissue and skin care dispensers.

Solution

TeraCode designed the connectivity, cloud platform and applications used by the company, site managers and janitorial staff for the receipt of replenishment notifications.

Outcome

Faster replenishment/consumable usage, an 80% increase in washroom satisfaction, a ~40% decrease in labour costs of custodial staff. This was the company’s first major SaaS initiative.
